Schedule/Hours:

• Assignment based on a 36-hour guarantee schedule (with productivity expectations), or variable hours based on caseload if guarantee is declined
• Weekend coverage may be required
• Travel within the assigned county territory and occasionally outside the service area to maintain caseload

Key Qualifications:

• Current California Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Auto insurance and registration
• Up-to-date vaccinations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu (annual)
• Completion of drug screen and physical

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in a hospital setting, meeting established productivity standards
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop plans of care, and complete all required documentation
• Travel between patient locations as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Accept occasional assignments outside core areas and work weekends as needed
