Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Physical Therapist license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Valid driver’s license, up-to-date auto insurance, and vehicle registration
  • Proof of TB screening (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), and annual flu vaccination
  • Pass a drug screening and physical

Schedule/Hours:

  • 36-hour workweek (guaranteed if productivity minimums are met)
  • Rotating weekend coverage may be required
  • Flexibility to travel within and occasionally outside assigned counties

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy care in hospital and home health settings
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations including OASIS documentation
  • Maintain productivity standards as defined per visit
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide care for Covid+ and Covid PUI patients when needed
