Schedule/Hours:

• 36-hour guarantee if productivity requirements are met (see details below)
• Weekend coverage may be required
• Flexibility for travel within multiple Bay Area counties

Qualifications:

• Active California Physical Therapy license
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
• Compliance with annual health and vaccination requirements (TB, Flu, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap)
• Pass drug screen and physical

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality therapy services to home health patients across assigned territories
• Perform evaluations, assessments, recertifications, discharges, and documentation accurately
• Travel between patient homes and respond to coverage needs as required
• Flexibly adapt to assignments outside default areas to ensure caseload productivity (detailed in orientation)
• Willingness to see COVID+ and PUI patients as needed
