Physical Therapist | Fremont, Michigan

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• No weekend hours

Key Qualifications:

• Current, valid license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous hospital-based experience preferred
• Strong assessment skills and proficiency in developing individualized care plans
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and design effective treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness
• Educate patients and their families on exercise programs, mobility techniques, and progress goals
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
• Accurately document care and progress in EPIC, maintaining up-to-date records
• Participate in care planning and case conferences as needed
• Adapt to the evolving needs of the acute care setting, ensuring safety and support

$1,912 - $2,022/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
