Schedule/Hours:

• Schedule based on patient care needs, typically consisting of 8-10 hour shifts

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current Physical Therapist license in California (or eligibility and intent to obtain)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard office software
• Up-to-date PT certifications and willingness to pursue ongoing education
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients, developing individualized rehabilitation programs
• Accurately document care using EMR, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Supervise PT Assistants and Aides, guiding treatment and ensuring high standards of care
• Effectively communicate with physicians, families, and coworkers to coordinate care
• Coordinate with front office for scheduling and follow-up
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and related federal/state regulations
• Contribute to clinical marketing and referral efforts as needed
