This role involves delivering high-quality therapy at various facilities within a 60-mile radius of Genoa, Colorado, including conducting home health visits. The position offers a weekday schedule with flexibility in shift length to support work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services across multiple modalities: home health, outpatient, and acute care.
- Manage diverse patient caseloads including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and geriatric therapy.
- Coordinate care effectively across different clinical settings.
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with strong general clinical skills.
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings preferred.
- Proven ability to manage various patient types and conditions including post-op and sports injuries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interaction.
- Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius for patient visits.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Preferred 8-hour shifts, with consideration for 4x10-hour shifts
