Physical Therapist | Globe, Arizona

Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour day shifts
• You’ll see approximately 13–15 patients daily
• Time is split between two clinics, both within an hour’s drive from each other
• Patient mix is 80% inpatient, 20% outpatient

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid license to practice Physical Therapy
• Hospital-based PT experience strongly preferred
• Recent flu vaccine is required (no exceptions)
• Must not reside within 100 miles of the hospital’s address
• Able to balance both inpatient and outpatient care
• Reliable transportation to commute between clinic sites

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to a broad patient population
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Accurately document evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries
• Participate in interdepartmental meetings as needed
• Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Additional Details:

• Up to 3 days of requested time off allowed per 13-week term
• The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per contract
