Physical Therapist | Globe, Arizona

Make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate physical therapy services in a well-respected hospital setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while ensuring high standards of rehabilitative care.

Schedule and Hours:

• 10-hour shifts, daytime schedules
• Patient load: 13-15 per day
• Split between two clinics within an hour’s drive
• 80% inpatient, 20% outpatient caseload

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Previous hospital-based therapy experience highly preferred
• Comfortable managing both inpatient and outpatient therapy needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to travel between clinics
• Commitment to high-quality patient outcomes and collaborative care

Additional Requirements:

• Flu vaccine required (no exceptions)
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility
• No more than 3 days of requested time off per 13-week contract; facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to a mixed patient population
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
• Foster supportive relationships with patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal care goals
