In this contract role, you’ll deliver comprehensive therapy services, primarily to inpatients while also contributing to outpatient care. Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour day shifts
• Expect to treat 13-15 patients per day
• Assignment includes time split between two clinics (within an hour drive of each other)
• Majority of caseload is inpatient (80%), with some outpatient work (20%)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough physical therapy evaluations and interventions to a diverse patient population.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Accurately document patient progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Rotate between two clinical sites to ensure comprehensive therapy coverage and patient care.
• Deliver patient education and support for rehabilitation and prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license.
• Proven experience delivering therapy in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work efficiently with a daily caseload of 13-15 patients.
• Comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient therapy environments.
• Must provide proof of flu vaccination (no exceptions).
• Candidates with a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility are not eligible.
• Flexibility to commit to the contract’s schedule, with no more than 3 requested days off per 13 weeks.
