An opportunity is available for a licensed Physical Therapist skilled in hospital-based therapy to provide care in a dynamic clinical environment. This contract position is located in Globe, AZ, offering a diverse caseload consisting of approximately 13-15 patients per day with a typical 10-hour workday. The role involves splitting time between two clinics within one hour’s drive, with a roughly 80/20 split between inpatient and outpatient care.

Key Details:

  • Must have a flu vaccine (no exceptions)
  • Permanent address must be outside a 100-mile radius of the facility
  • Return to office (RTO) requests limited to no more than 3 days over the 13-week contract period
  • Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment, and guaranteed hours do not apply

Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapist licensure
  • Experience in hospital therapy settings
  • Ability to manage a high volume of patients with various therapeutic needs
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills for both inpatient and outpatient populations
  • Reliable transportation given travel between two clinic sites

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services to patients both inpatient and outpatient
  • Manage and document patient care effectively
  • Coordinate care between two clinic locations within a one-hour drive
  • Comply with facility protocols and infection control measures
