Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel position
- 12–13 patient visits per day
- Active caseload of 25–30
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with a range of conditions (from post-surgical to sports injuries)
- Manage patient care plans using NextGen and case management tools
- Complete comprehensive fall risk and mobility assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with hospital protocols
- Adhere to a business casual dress code
Qualifications:
- Active state license as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital-based PT experience (new graduates not considered)
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and high patient volume
- Strong skills in orthopedic assessment and rehabilitation for conditions such as rotator cuff injuries, ACL tears, fractures, and more
