Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapist licensure, in good standing
- Experience in an outpatient or hospital-focused PT role preferred
- Familiarity with standard and advanced evaluation methods
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and supervise therapy services
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop goal-oriented treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician guidance
- Delegate and oversee discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients
- Construct functional programs to help patients return to community activities effectively and safely
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Educate patients, families, colleagues, and students, supporting a culture of safety and knowledge-sharing
