This hospital-based physical therapy position is ideal for clinicians who are eager to broaden their clinical expertise in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings. Schedule/Hours:

• Days (5x8)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality therapy interventions to inpatients and outpatients with a wide range of diagnoses
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
• Practice autonomy and sound clinical judgment in delivering care and adjusting plans as needed
• Conduct assessments, set goals, and develop rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient
• Maintain clear documentation using Epic EMR in accordance with facility guidelines
• Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Oklahoma (or eligible)
• At least 2 years’ recent experience in inpatient and outpatient therapy settings
• Comfortable managing patients with neurological or orthopedic conditions, wound care a plus
• Ability to work independently and make informed, consultative decisions
