Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to ensure quality care and identify treatment needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs using evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to co-lead patient care strategies
- Communicate care and discharge plans clearly to patients and healthcare partners
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
- Supervise and guide therapy assistants to support effective patient treatments
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet organizational goals
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
- Valid Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice (required)
- CPR, BLS, HS-BLS, or RQIBLS certification (required)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in physical therapy preferred
