Physical Therapist - Hanford, California

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to ensure quality care and identify treatment needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs using evidence-based techniques
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to co-lead patient care strategies
• Communicate care and discharge plans clearly to patients and healthcare partners
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
• Supervise and guide therapy assistants to support effective patient treatments
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet organizational goals

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
• Valid Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice (required)
• CPR, BLS, HS-BLS, or RQIBLS certification (required)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in physical therapy preferred
