Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to individual needs and physician direction.
- Supervise and delegate discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring effective return to community activities.
- Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues, fostering continuous learning.
- Document clear, concise, and timely records, including assessments, goals, and treatment progress, to meet state and federal guidelines.
- Promote a safety-first environment—ensuring safe patient handling, infection prevention, and hazard reporting.
- Adhere to organizational policies regarding appearance, attendance, and professionalism.

Qualifications:
