Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy
  • Experience in a hospital-based physical therapy environment highly preferred
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine individualized therapy goals
  • Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and progress
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and safe mobility
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and other members of the care team
  • Maintain accurate and timely records according to hospital protocols and professional standards
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, staff meetings, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
