Travel Physical Therapist - Hayward, California

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Saturday – Wednesday

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize start of care visits and ensure mandatory next-day reporting for these cases
• Timely documentation of clinical notes (within 48 hours per visit) using the Kinnser system
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants in the field
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and office team
• Demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism during standard business hours
• Manage a caseload averaging 8 hours daily, with productivity targets tailored to home health efficiency

Qualifications:

• Active California PT license
• Minimum one year of home health experience
• Strong organizational, documentation, and supervisory abilities
