Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Saturday – Wednesday
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize start of care visits and ensure mandatory next-day reporting for these cases
- Timely documentation of clinical notes (within 48 hours per visit) using the Kinnser system
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants in the field
- Maintain open communication with supervisors and office team
- Demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism during standard business hours
- Manage a caseload averaging 8 hours daily, with productivity targets tailored to home health efficiency
Qualifications:
- Active California PT license
- Minimum one year of home health experience
- Strong organizational, documentation, and supervisory abilities
