Serving primarily Solano County—with potential to expand as needed—you’ll enjoy a balanced caseload, robust onboarding and training, and the chance to grow your skillset through exposure to varying documentation systems, therapeutic approaches, and interdisciplinary teamwork. Working alongside experienced supervisors, you’ll refine your clinical expertise while contributing to improved patient outcomes within a supportive environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• 40 hours per week, Saturday through Wednesday

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience
• Proficiency in clinical documentation (Kinnser or similar)
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and leadership skills
• Commitment to clear, timely communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and complete start of care visits efficiently
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants
• Submit mandatory reports and documentation (48-hour turnaround)
• Maintain active communication with supervisors and office staff
• Responsively manage caseload and adapt to changing patient needs
