Schedule/Hours:

  • Primarily weekdays; weekend coverage may sometimes be required
  • Minimum 36-hour weekly guarantee available, depending on caseload and coverage
  • Flexibility to travel outside your primary area if needed

Qualifications:

  • Current California Physical Therapist license (PT)
  • BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license with auto registration and insurance
  • Up-to-date TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu (annual)
  • Drug screen and physical exam clearance
  • Comfortable working with COVID+ or PUI patients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered physical therapy care across assigned counties, including assessments, treatment planning, and discharge evaluations
  • Complete and document OASIS visits accurately per clinical and regulatory standards
  • Flexibly adapt to patient needs, including occasional travel beyond base area and weekend visits
  • Communicate proactively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
