Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts (5x8)
• Four 9–10 hour days can be accommodated if preferred
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Call as required by facility

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Comfort treating both inpatient and outpatient cases (orthopedic, neuro, wound care)
• Experience with EPIC EMR a plus
• Professional, adaptable, and collaborative

• Conduct evaluations and treatments for diverse diagnoses
