Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification required
• Experience as a hospital-based therapist preferred
• Skilled in patient evaluations and follow-up treatments, including vestibular and lymphedema therapies
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong independent problem-solving and effective teamwork skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly regarded

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations, develop and execute treatment plans
• Deliver comprehensive follow-up therapies across settings (IRF, acute, outpatient)
• Use Meditech and NetHealth (ReDoc) for detailed, timely documentation
