Schedule:

• Day Shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Rotating weekends (no night shift)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Florida
• Active BLS certification
• Experience in IRF (Inpatient Rehab Facility) or SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) settings preferred
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Familiarity with equipment such as treadmills, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, and BITS
• Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
• Great communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1.5-hour long therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences for comprehensive patient care
• Utilize advanced therapy equipment and technology to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support your team through effective collaboration and professional engagement
