Schedule

• Day shift options: 8:00am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:30pm
• Rotating weekends

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Florida
• Valid BLS certification
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital environment
• Strong documentation skills (Meditech experience is a plus)

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Adaptability and a self-directed approach

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions with patients, utilizing advanced rehab technology such as treadmills, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, and BITS
• Conduct comprehensive 1.5-hour treatment sessions
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team conferences
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate effectively with team members
