A role in the hospital’s Physical Therapy department allows you to work alongside a team of approximately 40 skilled professionals in a unit featuring a new 26-bed inpatient rehab facility. Here, you’ll enhance your expertise through hands-on sessions and interdisciplinary team conferences, with 1:1 patient ratios and the latest in therapy equipment, including treadmills, car simulators, RT300 systems, and more. Every day brings a chance to broaden your clinical skill set, adapt to innovative leadership styles, and build your resume in a dynamic care environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day Shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy with 1:1 care sessions
• Utilize advanced technology (e.g., Bioness, BITS, RT300)
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning
• Accurately document progress within the Meditech system
• Adapt to fast-paced inpatient rehab settings

Qualifications:

• Current Florida PT license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Prior IRF or SNF experience preferred
• Ability to function independently and adapt quickly
