Role Overview

You’ll be integral to the operations of the rehab department, serving both Inpatient Rehab Facility and acute rehab patients, and collaborating closely with a dynamic group of physical, occupational, and speech therapists. With modern rehab equipment and robust support resources, you'll deliver quality patient care and be exposed to varied documentation systems, equipping you with adaptable skills that will set you apart in your field.

Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment
• Day shift positions available

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Previous experience in a hospital rehab setting strongly preferred
• Able to perform evaluations and follow-up treatments (including vestibular and lymphedema)
• Familiarity with Meditech and/or NetHealth (ReDoc) documentation systems
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
• Administer effective follow-up treatments
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with PT/OT/ST teams for optimal patient outcomes
