Schedule:

• Day Shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Rotating weekends

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Physical Therapy license in the State of Florida
• BLS certification
• Prior experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced units and work independently
• Proficiency using Meditech for documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive therapy sessions, typically 1.5 hours
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary team conferences
• Support patients throughout their rehabilitation journeys using innovative equipment
• Maintain high-quality, timely documentation
• Uphold facility standards, including adherence to a light gray scrub dress code
