Qualifications:

  • Valid and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Demonstrated competency in outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
  • Clinical experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of compliance with state/federal guidelines and clinical best practices
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical codes of conduct

Key Responsibilities:
