Seeking a skilled hospital-based physical therapist for a contract position supporting outpatient therapy services. This role entails evaluating assigned patients, developing and adjusting therapy plans in line with patient goals and physician directives, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe care. Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, in good standing.
• Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment abilities.
• Understanding and adherence to State Practice Act and regulatory mandates.
• Ability to document patient progress clearly and timely.
• Competent with treatment program design to facilitate return to community activities.
• Experience or willingness to participate in student education and mentorship a plus.
