Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license for Maryland (in good standing)
• Hospital or outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation abilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to patient and employee safety
• Understanding of applicable state and federal guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate, and educate patients, families, and staff
• Willingness to participate in professional development and continuous learning

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations; develop and update individualized treatment plans based on physician direction and patient needs
• Execute and modify therapy interventions designed to facilitate effective community reintegration
• Accurately document progress, goal achievement, and compliance in accordance with state and facility protocols
• Ensure all treatments are delivered safely and under valid orders/approvals
• Implement facility safety standards, maintaining vigilance for hazards and infection prevention
• Support and participate in patient and staff safety initiatives, adhering to the facility’s high standards
• Serve as an educator and mentor to colleagues and students
• Engage in professional growth and contribute constructive feedback to drive quality improvement
