Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license for Maryland (in good standing)
- Hospital or outpatient therapy experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to patient and employee safety
- Understanding of applicable state and federal guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate, and educate patients, families, and staff
- Willingness to participate in professional development and continuous learning
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations; develop and update individualized treatment plans based on physician direction and patient needs
- Execute and modify therapy interventions designed to facilitate effective community reintegration
- Accurately document progress, goal achievement, and compliance in accordance with state and facility protocols
- Ensure all treatments are delivered safely and under valid orders/approvals
- Implement facility safety standards, maintaining vigilance for hazards and infection prevention
- Support and participate in patient and staff safety initiatives, adhering to the facility’s high standards
- Serve as an educator and mentor to colleagues and students
- Engage in professional growth and contribute constructive feedback to drive quality improvement
