Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts: 5x8-hour shifts per week
• 36 hours guaranteed weekly

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 2 years of hospital-based PT experience
• Experience treating inpatient and outpatient populations with neurological or orthopedic diagnoses
• Comfortable with potential wound care
• Ability to make independent, logical decisions when working under limited supervision
• Proficient use of EPIC EMR

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
