This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Physical Therapist to broaden their experience by working within a dynamic outpatient setting. Schedule/Hours:

• 5 Days per week
• 8 hours per shift
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assess needs, and develop individualized care plans in cooperation with patients, families, and referring providers.
• Administer and direct all physical therapy treatment modalities, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes.
• Instruct patients and families on therapeutic activities, equipment use, and at-home care programs.
• Oversee and guide PT Assistants and Rehabilitation Assistants; participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensure billing aligns with therapy rendered, and prepare patient discharge summaries.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate, Masters, Bachelors, or Associates degree in Physical Therapy
• Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and time management abilities
