Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Prior clinical experience in an outpatient or hospital setting preferred
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:
