This role supports a diverse patient population, including those recovering from acute injuries, chronic conditions, neurological events such as stroke, and balance or spinal issues. The position involves working within a collaborative rehabilitation team designed to deliver comprehensive therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic neuro/musculoskeletal injuries or limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans addressing physical mobility and functional independence.
  • Provide specialized services in sports rehab, orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance, and spinal therapy.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adherence to clinical protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered Physical Therapy license in Oregon.
  • Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to multiple care locations as needed.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
