Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active PT license in the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience with outpatient therapy preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of therapy evaluation, plan development, and implementation
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of patient confidentiality and professional conduct
  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
  • Team-oriented attitude and the ability to foster a safe, collaborative clinic environment
  • Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations; develop, implement, and modify individualized plans aligned with physician direction and patient-centered goals
  • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients
  • Design functional programs promoting safe and effective return to daily activities
  • Provide patient, family, and team education to support the care process
  • Maintain accurate, timely medical record documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Uphold rigorous safety standards regarding patient handling, infection control, and clinic environment
  • Participate in professional growth activities, adhering to state licensure and ethical codes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through feedback and participation in quality programs
