Your Qualifications:

  • Current, valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Outpatient therapy experience, hospital-based preferred
  • Ability to complete comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
  • Commitment to patient and employee safety protocols
  • Strong clinical reasoning, clear medical documentation, and commitment to professional ethics
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and meeting all continuing education/state requirements
  • Effective educator for patients, families, students, and peers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete thorough assessments and craft tailored therapy plans in line with physician direction
  • Delegate and oversee all therapy services for assigned patients
  • Ensure efficient delivery of functional rehab programs promoting a safe, timely return to community activities
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including documentation and goal tracking
  • Participate in student/preceptorship programs and organizational performance improvement
  • Promote a safe environment by adhering to all safety and infection control policies
  • Uphold standards of professional conduct, appearance, attendance, and punctuality
