Required Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in California (or ability to obtain)
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Strong competency with EMR systems and standard computer applications
• Proficiency in DX and ICD-10 coding, therapy billing processes
• Experience or interest in supervising PT Assistants/Aides
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and support patients with mobility restrictions
• Commitment to ongoing learning; continuing education a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in rehabilitation programs, improving mobility, function, and strength
• Document all patient evaluations, progress, and program completion in EMR
• Supervise and mentor PT Assistants and Aides in patient care
• Maintain communication with physicians, front office, and other staff to ensure quality care
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy regulations, company policies, and OSHA/federal guidelines
• Participate in business marketing/referral processes as needed
