Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour days: Monday–Thursday, 8 am–6 pm
  • 36-hour guarantee with potential to work up to 40 hours
  • Flexible scheduling; manage your own patient appointments with dedicated blocks for inpatient evaluations and documentation
  • Occasional weekend on-call; no holiday shifts

Qualifications:

  • Valid Colorado PT license and BLS certification required
  • Previous pediatric therapy experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable treating 8–10 pediatric patients daily, mostly in an outpatient setting, with the possibility of early intervention and some inpatient assistance
  • Commitment to attend in-state orientation prior to assignment start
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with PTAs and other team members

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and provide evidence-based treatment for pediatric outpatients
  • Participate in warm-water aquatic therapy programs
  • Occasionally assist with inpatient acute care when needed
  • Accurately document patient progress and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
