Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current PT licensure in Kentucky, or eligibility to obtain before start
• Previous experience in hospital or outpatient settings preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills
• Ability to design effective, functional treatment programs tailored to patient needs
• Effective communication with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement, modify, and document therapy interventions to promote return to community activities
• Provide education to patients, families, students, and colleagues
• Maintain compliance with all clinic policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines
• Foster a culture of safety for both patients and staff, focusing on consistent use of safe practices and reporting of hazards
• Participate in clinical performance improvement and continuing education efforts
• Guide and mentor students as part of the clinic’s educational program
