Shifts & Schedule:

• Choice of 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour workweeks
• Weekend rotation required every 6 weeks
• Holiday coverage as needed

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a PT or PTA
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong orthopedic foundation and pediatric experience (highly preferred)
• Adaptable generalist skills consistent with PT education
• Previous experience in outpatient and inpatient care settings advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality therapy services for a diverse caseload
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and PT Manager
• Flex between outpatient and occasional inpatient care as census requires
• Independently recommend patient scheduling adjustments based on evolving care needs
