Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel assignment

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Physical Therapy license in NJ (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in an outpatient or hospital-based therapy setting preferred
• Excellent clinical reasoning and patient evaluation skills
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and modify therapy interventions in accordance with physician direction and patient needs
• Document care clearly, accurately, and within all required federal and state guidelines
• Delegate and oversee discipline-specific therapy services to support staff
• Promote a culture of safety, adhering to organizational standards related to patient and workplace well-being
• Serve as an educator and positive role model for patients, families, students, and peers
• Participate in improvement initiatives and contribute to clinic goals and objectives
