Schedule/Hours:
- Travel/Contract position, outpatient setting
Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted state licensure for Physical Therapy
- Previous experience in hospital or outpatient therapy preferred
- Clinical competency and ability to create, implement, and adjust individualized patient treatment plans
- Commitment to upholding professional codes of conduct and organizational core values (safety, respectful treatment, team orientation, results-driven attitude)
- Experience in medical record documentation in compliance with state/federal guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations; develop and modify treatment plans per patient needs, goals, and physician direction
- Delegate and direct specific therapy services and ensure functional treatment programs for community reintegration
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance with all regulatory and insurance requirements
- Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues; participate in professional development, student supervision, and organizational performance improvement
- Ensure a safe care environment in alignment with safety policies, addressing workplace hazards and promoting patient/employee wellbeing
