Schedule/Hours:

• Travel/Contract position, outpatient setting

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted state licensure for Physical Therapy
• Previous experience in hospital or outpatient therapy preferred
• Clinical competency and ability to create, implement, and adjust individualized patient treatment plans
• Commitment to upholding professional codes of conduct and organizational core values (safety, respectful treatment, team orientation, results-driven attitude)
• Experience in medical record documentation in compliance with state/federal guidelines
