• Hours in line with hospital outpatient therapy operations

Essential Duties:

• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and modify individualized treatment plans, and set discharge goals
• Oversee delivery of therapy services and delegate appropriately
• Educate patients, families, students, and team members on treatment programs and therapy concepts
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per regulatory and clinic standards
• Adhere to safety protocols, with a focus on patient and staff well-being
• Uphold professional codes of conduct and facility values, ensuring respect and quality care at every step
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including mentoring students and addressing performance improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in outpatient or hospital-based PT preferred
