  • Proficient communication skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational abilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine treatment needs and goals
  • Design and implement tailored therapy programs to restore function, alleviate pain, and improve mobility
  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient care and outcomes
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and ongoing care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with hospital policies
  • Participate in discharge planning and recommendations for follow-up care or adaptive equipment
