Schedule/Hours:

  • 8-10 hour shifts, clinic-based schedule

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility to test
  • Up-to-date skills and certifications in physical therapy
  • Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation
  • Continuing education or advanced coursework preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, including EMR, Word, and internet
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist patient transfers

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients using individualized rehab plans
  • Supervise PT Assistants and Aides to ensure quality patient care
  • Complete accurate patient documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate care and communication between physicians, staff, and patients
  • Educate patients on therapy plans and answer questions with empathy and clarity
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA and privacy regulations
  • Actively engage in business marketing and referral processes when required
