Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, 8-10 hour workdays based on patient care needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy required
  • Active California PT license (or eligibility to test soon)
  • Strong clinical and EMR skills (typing, Microsoft Word, internet proficiency)
  • Knowledge of DX and ICD-10 coding, billing practices (Medicare, private, auto, workers’ comp, etc.)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, assist with patient mobility, and safely support patients
  • Leadership experience in supervising PT Assistants and Aides
  • Ongoing commitment to continuing education is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based rehab programs to promote mobility and strength
  • Maintain accurate documentation through electronic medical records and patient charts
  • Supervise and guide PT Assistants and Aides in treatment protocols
  • Communicate professionally with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Protect patient privacy and comply with all HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in marketing and referral-building activities as needed
  • Ensure a welcoming, supportive environment that addresses patients’ needs and questions
