Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with efficient daily operations, including charge responsibilities when assigned and providing guidance to new colleagues
- Engage in hospital initiatives that promote evidence-based practices and support departmental growth
- Pursue ongoing professional development through goal setting and participation in relevant educational programs
