Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and build positive relationships with patients, visitors, and fellow healthcare professionals.
- Assess and analyze patient needs to plan individualized, age-specific care.
- Implement therapeutic interventions following the established plan of care and physician directives.
- Conduct hourly rounds utilizing service excellence standards to monitor patient progress.
- Foster an atmosphere of respect, compassion, and caring in all interactions.
- Utilize health and safety equipment to ensure well-being of both patients and staff.
- Adhere to protocols for care procedures, including central lines, catheters, pressure ulcer prevention, and patient safety measures.
- Support departmental performance, acting as charge therapist when assigned, including advanced resuscitation practices as required.
- Mentor and precept novice team members, sharing your expertise and fostering growth.
- Engage in hospital initiatives promoting evidence-based practices and continuous improvement.
- Pursue ongoing education and set professional growth goals.
