Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey (or eligibility)
• Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings is highly preferred
• Ability to perform thorough patient evaluations and implement customized treatment plans

• Document all interventions, outcomes, and communications clearly and in a timely fashion, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards
• Maintain safety standards, focusing on best practices in patient and employee safety, infection control, and environmental awareness
• Serve as a positive role model for students and new staff by participating in education and training programs
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
