Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients, developing treatment plans to optimize rehabilitation outcomes and patient independence.
  • Manage, delegate, and provide direction for all discipline-specific therapy services for your caseload.
  • Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and staff—fostering a positive, informative environment.
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation, goal writing, and compliance with clinic, state, and federal policies.
  • Design functional treatment programs supporting effective patient return to community activities.
  • Uphold safety protocols, proactively identify workplace hazards, and ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through self-study and continuing education while participating in performance improvement initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in good standing.
  • Experience in an outpatient or hospital setting preferred.
