Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with goals and physician direction
  • Design functional programs to promote effective return to community activities
  • Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring safe and high-quality care
  • Educate patients, families, coworkers, and students
  • Uphold professional codes of conduct, organizational mission, and core values
  • Document all interventions clearly and promptly in accordance with policies and compliance standards
  • Promote and model safety practices, participating in organizational safety initiatives
  • Participate in student supervision, professional development, and performance improvement activities

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current, valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Previous experience in outpatient, hospital, or related settings preferred
