Deliver exceptional physical therapy care in a hospital setting, working with a diverse caseload and making a meaningful impact on patient recovery. This opportunity is ideal for skilled professionals passionate about both inpatient and outpatient therapy environments.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 10-hour day shifts
  • Patient load averages 13-15 per day
  • Travel between two clinics, each within an hour’s drive; role involves an 80% inpatient, 20% outpatient split

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid and current Physical Therapist license
  • Proven experience delivering therapy in a hospital setting
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload efficiently
  • Strong documentation, assessment, and communication skills
  • Up-to-date flu vaccination is mandatory; no exceptions
  • Must have a permanent address located at least 100 miles outside the facility's radius
  • Competence with therapy technologies and EMRs used in hospital care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care for acute and post-acute inpatients, as well as for outpatients
  • Perform thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate actively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes
  • Travel as necessary between assigned clinics, providing seamless care across both locations
  • Adapt readily to changes in census and patient needs across clinics
