Physical Therapist in Miami, AZ

Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour day shifts
• Serve 13-15 patients per day
• Time split between two clinic locations, within a one-hour drive

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings strongly preferred
• Commitment to upholding high-quality patient care standards
• Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload efficiently
• Must have received the flu vaccine (no exceptions)
• Permanent address must be outside of a 100-mile radius of the hospital

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy treatments for a diverse patient load (80% inpatient, 20% outpatient)
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Chart patient progress and collaborate with the broader care team
• Educate patients and their families on recovery techniques and aftercare
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
• Travel between clinic sites as scheduled

• Up to 3 days of requested time off allowed per 13-week contract
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per assignment
