Schedule:

• Day Shifts: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Rotating weekend coverage

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Florida
• BLS certification
• Experience in IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility) or SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) preferred
• Strong adaptability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy, typically in 1.5-hour treatment sessions
• Collaborate closely during interdisciplinary team conferences
• Chart patient progress and treatment using Meditech electronic documentation
• Utilize advanced rehab and simulation technologies
• Uphold high standards of care in a respected and award-winning department
