Here, you’ll collaborate with a team of approximately 40 therapy professionals in a new, 26-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility within a larger 467-bed hospital. This assignment is ideal for Physical Therapists eager to expand their clinical portfolio and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day Shift: 8:00am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:30pm
• Rotating weekend call

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida (required)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong preference for IRF or SNF experience
• Demonstrated adaptability and independence in varied clinical settings

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized physical therapy sessions (1.5 hours each) using specialized equipment: treadmill, car simulator, RT300, Bioness systems, and BITS
• Attend interdisciplinary team conferences to coordinate patient care
• Provide comprehensive documentation using Meditech
• Maintain patient safety with a 1:1 ratio
• Adhere to facility dress code (light gray scrubs)
