Qualifications:

• Active BLS certification
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Previous acute or inpatient rehab experience preferred
• Strong team player with adaptability and excellent communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations in inpatient and acute rehab units
• Implement and modify treatment plans, including vestibular and lymphedema therapies
• Document assessments and progress using Meditech or NetHealth (ReDoc)
• Collaborate with PT, OT, and ST staff for interdisciplinary care
• Maintain high standards of patient-centered service and comply with facility protocols
