The multidisciplinary team includes approximately 40 skilled professionals managing a 467-bed hospital complemented by a newly opened 26-bed inpatient rehabilitation floor. This setting is perfect for broadening your experience, refining your approach to various treatment modalities, and learning from respected leaders in the field.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Rotating weekends

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Florida
• Current BLS certification
• Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities (IRF or SNF)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work independently
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation systems
• Easily adaptable; previous travel experience highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1.5-hour individual treatment sessions tailored to patient needs
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences
• Utilize advanced equipment, including treadmills, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, and BITS
• Maintain detailed records and collaborate closely with team members to optimize patient outcomes
