Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment (full-time hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans aligned with patients’ goals and physician direction
• Delegate and provide direction to discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients
