Position Details:

• Schedule/Hours: 7:45 a.m. – 4:15 p.m., Monday to Friday
• Weekly Guarantee: 40 hours
• Patient Ratio: 1:1 individualized sessions
• Unit Size: 25 beds
• No weekends or on-call required

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana state PT license
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of outpatient, orthopedics, or generalized therapy experience
• Flexibility to float between outpatient centers
• Strong teamwork orientation and adaptability
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care for orthopedic, neuro, and debility cases
• Employ modalities such as ultrasound, E-stim, and Lite Gait
• Participate in continuous learning and EMR onboarding
• Foster a collaborative, positive work environment
• Maintain professional dress standards (charcoal gray scrubs)
