- Provide hands-on, evidence-based therapy that supports mobility, function, and recovery, ensuring all interventions are in line with the established Plan of Care
- Utilize appropriate health and safety equipment to maintain a secure environment for both patients and staff
- Conduct patient rounds in alignment with service excellence benchmarks, ensuring consistent and high-quality care delivery
- Maintain exemplary customer service standards when interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Support department operations and staff development by mentoring new employees and participating in ongoing training
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and hospital-system evidence-based practice projects
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license and eligibility to practice in the state required
- Demonstrated experience delivering therapy services in acute care or hospital settings
